What Leadership Opportunities and Challenges will Rise Gen training Lead You to?

Louisiana Spanish Camp meeting: We have been invited to Lead the LA District Spanish Camp children’s services again in 2024 after an amazing 2023 Camp experience. One of the Largest Spanish Camp Meeting weeks in the US, RiseGen equips and sends 30 youth Leaders to mentor and teach 150+ children – providing kids with a glimpse of their purpose, talents, and giftings.

Inner-City Teams: Will work in different Louisiana towns 4 times per year, and be involved in trips to New York, Detroit, New Orleans, and other big cities to help and minister in these cities as well. Small Groups, Prayer training, Listening to God’s Voice, Singing, Skits, Juggling, Balloon art, and so many other learning experiences add to rounding out the effect of these ministry teams.

Global Teamwork Vision:

Spanish Speaking Ministry teams: Study to learn Spanish, join in missions trips to the Caribbean, Central and South America and Mexico once a year.

Rise Gen Team Work:

Louisiana and Texas Missions Trips where trained Teams are ministering in Baton Rouge, McNary, and New Orleans, LA. Another Team working together in Lufkin, TX. With plans to expand additional Teams with greater reach to other States and Districts.

Each Group commits to an area, and to serve in that region for 4 weekends a Year. (2 Year Commitment)

Each team will be required to read, write reports, and discuss 2 books on Leadership each year.

Each team will work to raise funds and pay for their transportation, housing, and food partnering with a Local area church for Collaboration and strength.
